I am excited to begin this new journey as the principal at Immanuel Lutheran School.
I am originally from Las Vegas, Nevada where I began my teaching career after graduating with a degree in Elementary Education from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
I taught in the public school system for a total of 11 years in grades 1, 3, 6, and 7. During this time, I earned my Master’s degree in Educational Leadership. After staying home with my two children, Madeline and Michael for several years, I began my career in Lutheran education. I was a Pre-Kindergarten teacher for two years at Mountain View Lutheran School. I moved to Faith Lutheran Academy, where I remained for 9 years and served as a 2nd grade teacher, 4th grade teacher, Librarian, and Technology Coordinator. During my time at Faith Lutheran Academy, I earned my Colloquy from Concordia, Irvine in 2017. Both of my children graduated from Faith Lutheran High School in Las Vegas. My husband, Jason and I relocated to Twin Falls in June of 2022 after he retired. I then served in leadership at a Christian school until May of 2024. The role of principal at Immanuel is an amazing blessing and an opportunity to pour into the students we are privileged to serve. I look forward to many good years together watching our students grow academically, spiritually, and physically while joyfully serving the Lord.
